Today we continue a never-ending journey, to bridge the meaning of those words with the realities of our time. For history tells us that while these truths may be self-evident, they have never been self-executing; that while freedom is a gift from God, it must be secured by His people here on Earth. The patriots(爱国者)of 1776 did not fight to replace the tyranny of a king with the privileges of a few or the rule of a mob. No single person can train all the math and science teachers we’ll need to equip our children for the future, or build the roads and networks and research labs that will bring new jobs and businesses to our shores. This generation of Americans has been tested by crisis that steeled our resolve and proved our resilience（弹性；回弹；恢复力）. A decade of war is now ending. An economic recovery has begun. America’s possibilities are limitless, for we possess all the qualities that this world without boundaries demands: youth and drive; diversity and openness; an endless capacity for risk and a gift for reinvention(重塑). We understand that outworn programs are inadequate to the needs of our time. But while the means will change, our purpose endures: a nation that rewards the effort and determination of every single American. That is what this moment requires. 演讲比赛活动方案
为进一步加强教师职业道德建设，营造良好师德师风氛围，提升教师队伍整体素质，经校委会研究，决定举行“讲师德、正师风、强素质、树形象”师德师风演讲比赛活动。为确保活动顺利实施，特制定本方案:
一、活动目的通过活动开展，大力弘扬我镇教师“爱岗敬业、无私奉献”的职业情操和“教书育人、为人师表”的精神风貌，积极营造师德师风建设良好氛围，进一步推动《中小学教师职业道德规范》的贯彻落实，进一步提高教师队伍整体素质和师德修养，促进我乡属小学教育事业健康蓬勃发展。

六、参赛对象
xxx小学及幼儿园所有教师均可报名参加比赛。
七、比赛时间地点
暂定2018年11月5日下午会议室。
八、比赛规则
使用普通话站立式脱稿演讲，着装、仪态自然大方。演讲时间控制在5—8分钟，演讲顺序采用抽签方式确定。
九、奖项设置
本次比赛根据参赛人数和选手综合得分高低，设一等奖 1名，奖金xxx元；二等奖3名，奖金xxx元；三等奖5名，奖金xxx元。
十、评分标准
演讲比赛从演讲内容、语言表达、形象风度、综合印象、演讲效果五个方面对参赛选手进行评分，满分为100分。
（一）演讲内容 （35分）
1．演讲内容能紧紧围绕主题，观点正确、鲜明，见解独到，内容充实具体，生动感人（15分）
2．材料真实、典型、新颖，事迹感人、实例生动，反映客观事实，具有普遍意义，体现时代精神(10分)
3．讲稿结构严谨，构思巧妙，引人入胜（5分）
4．文字简练流畅，具有较强的思想性（5分）
（二）语言表达 （35分）
1．演讲者语言规范，吐字清晰，声音洪亮圆润。（10分）
2．演讲表达准确、流畅、自然。（10分）
3．语言技巧处理得当，语速恰当，语气、语调、节奏张弛符合思想感情的起伏变化，能熟练表达所演讲的内容。（15分）
（三）形象风度（15分）
演讲者精神饱满，能较好地运用姿态、动作、手势、表情，表达对演讲稿的理解。
（四）综合印象（5分）
演讲者着装朴素端庄大方，举止自然得体，有风度，富有艺术感染力。上下场致意、答谢。
（五）演讲效果（10分）
演讲具有较强的感染力、吸引力和号召力，能较好地与听众感情融合在一起。
十一、活动要求：
1.各教师必须高度重视此次师德师风演讲比赛活动，认真准备，积极参加。
2.各教师于11月2日前上交演讲材料。
十二、后勤保障
